Air Heater Installation And Commissioning Attention To Which

During the installation and commissioning of the air heater, there will be many problems. In order to let the customer better understand the use of the air heater, the following small series will focus on the installation preparation of the air heater:

1. Check if the random documents and accessories match the packing list;

2. Check the host and its random accessories and electrical components. If there is damage or looseness, it should be handled in time;

3. Check whether the installation site meets environmental requirements and applicable conditions.

The air heater main unit should be installed horizontally and stably in a position convenient for monitoring, operation and maintenance. In order to facilitate the maintenance and disassembly of the main body heating body, there should be enough space on the wire connection side of the heating body, and it is recommended to install a valve suitable for the use condition at the inlet and outlet pipes of the main machine. Thoroughly clean the main unit, attached machine, accessories and all internal piping before installation to remove internal water and foreign matter.
