An air heating device commonly used in air heaters. There are two common methods for heating with air heaters. The first one is to heat the air before it is treated by water. Generally, it is used when the temperature is low in winter. Usually It is called the first heating or preheating. Its purpose is to increase the depreciation of fresh air and reduce humidity, and increase the humidification capacity of outdoor air in the wastewater chamber to increase the percentage of fresh air and meet the hygiene requirements. The heater used is called a preheater and its position is set at the outlet end of the fresh air chamber.
The second is to heat the air after it has been treated with water, often referred to as a second heat or reheat. Its purpose is mainly to compensate for the lack of heat in the workshop. The air heaters used are usually placed behind the water spray chamber flaps. Although both the preheater and the reheater are used to heat the air, their functions are not identical, and the two cannot be confused or replaced. Otherwise, the air condition of the workshop will change.
