The air heater mainly installs a primary coil with a larger number of turns and a secondary coil with a smaller number of turns on the same core. Therefore, the secondary coil generates a large current under low voltage conditions. For an induction heater, the bearing is a short-circuited, single-turn secondary coil that passes a large current at a lower AC voltage, thus generating a large amount of heat. Air heaters have an automatic degaussing function that uses metal to generate eddy currents in an alternating magnetic field to heat itself, and is usually used in metal heat treatment. The principle is that when a thicker metal is in an alternating magnetic field, current is generated due to electromagnetic induction. When a thicker metal produces an electric current, the current will form a spiral flow path inside the metal, so that the heat generated by the current flow is absorbed by the metal itself, which causes the metal to heat up quickly in the high temperature resistant stainless steel. The high-temperature resistance wire is evenly distributed in the tube, and the crystalline magnesium oxide powder having good thermal conductivity and insulation performance is densely filled in the void portion. When a current flows through the high-temperature resistance wire, The generated heat is diffused to the surface of the metal tube by the crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and then transferred to the heated member or the air to achieve the purpose of heating.
