1. Internal factors

         Because the magnesium oxide powder in the electric heating tube absorbs moisture, and the heating tube port is not completely sealed, so if it is placed in a humid environment for a long time, the moisture will enter the electric heating tube. At this time, the magnesia powder that plays a role in heat conduction is damp, so the electric heating tube will not heat up.

Situation analysis:

A. Measure whether there is any resistance value, if it is not, it is broken.

B. If there is a resistance value, check whether there is any leakage, and use a megohmmeter (insulation resistance meter) to measure the insulation resistance value. (The larger the insulation resistance value, the better the insulation). If the insulation resistance value is more If it is small, it means that the magnesium oxide powder in the electric heating tube may be damp, causing the insulation of the electric heating tube to weaken!

*solution

(1) Put the electric heating tube in the oven and bake it to dehumidify the magnesium oxide powder.

(2) The electric heating tube is energized for a while with low voltage, which also plays a role in dehumidification.


2. External factors

The wiring problem is an important factor that causes the electric heating tube to not heat up.

E.g:

1. The single voltage of the electric heating tube is 380V, and the voltage is 220V. At this time, the rated power will definitely be reduced. When it is too small, the electric heating tube may not generate heat at this time.

2. The voltage and power supply of the electric heating tube are correct, but the wiring method is wrong. This is also a factor that causes the electric heating tube to not generate heat.
