  The composition of the electric heating oven is mainly composed of a box body, an electric heating tube, a temperature controller, a timer, and a power adjustment switch. The oven body is mainly composed of a three-layer structure consisting of an outer shell, a middle air duct, an insulation layer, and an inner liner. The front and rear edges of the inner liner are formed with curls to block the air in the cavity; the outer cavity is filled with high-temperature resistant silicon Acid-aluminum fiber products greatly reduce the temperature of the shell; at the same time, a rocker structure is installed on the door to make the door always press on the door frame, so that it has better airtightness.


Matters needing attention when using:

1. Cut off the power and close the oven.

2. Observe and adjust the temperature in the box at any time to meet the temperature required by the drying process.

3. Keep the electric oven clean, check and remove the oxide skin beside the resistance wire in the oven.

4. Before turning on the power, check the insulation of the power supply circuit and ensure that there is no leakage. There must be no contact between the heater resistance wires to prevent short circuits.

5. When using a non-explosion-proof electric oven, it is strictly prohibited to bring volatile objects into the oven.

6. Open the exhaust valve before energizing.


Wind mode of electric oven:

A. Horizontal air supply: suitable for objects that need to be placed in the tray for baking; the hot air for the water supply is blown from the air ducts on both sides of the studio, and the materials in the tray can be bathed in the circulating hot air! The baking effect will be very good. On the contrary, it is very inappropriate to use a vertical air supply for the objects placed in the tray for baking. The vertical air supply hot air blows from the top to the bottom, it will block the hot air, so that the hot air can not bathe in the lower layers, and the corresponding baking effect It will be bad!

B. Vertical air supply: suitable for baking objects placed on the net rack, the vertical air supply hot air blows out from top to bottom, because it is a net rack, the vertical circulation will be very good, so that the hot air can completely bathe the object on!
