Considering that the paint baking and winter air supply temperature are low and heating is required, the air supply temperature is above 18℃. This method is equipped with an oil heating device. The calculation of each heating device and the heating capacity of winter heating air is as follows:

1 Calculation of heat consumption when the paint is heating up

Qh total=(Qh1+Qh2+…+Qh11)K

Qh total: total heat loss when heating up (Kcal/h)

K: Taking into account other considerations of heat loss reserve factor
