First of all, we must understand the difference between the rated voltage and the power supply voltage:
The rated voltage is the voltage of a single electric heating tube, which will not change after the heating tube is completed. The power supply voltage is the total power supply voltage to be connected to the electric heating tube.
After knowing the difference between the rated voltage and power supply voltage, we also need to understand the following questions:
1. Is the 380V heating tube a single-head electric heating tube, a U-star heating tube, or a flange electric heating tube?
2. How many 380V heating pipes are connected together with two wires?
3. Are these two wires a live wire and a neutral wire in a 220V power supply voltage or two of the three live wires in a 380V power supply voltage?
After understanding the above problems, we can know how to connect the two wires of the 380V heating tube.
I hope that friends will give as many parameters as possible when asking us wiring problems so that we can help you solve the problem more quickly.
