The Tubular Heater has been inspected for insulation before leaving the factory and will be shipped only after reaching the standard. There are two reasons for leakage:

1. After the Tubular Heater is finished, it is placed in a humid environment for too long without using it, which causes the filling material in the electric heating tube to absorb a large amount of moisture so that the insulation of the filling material will decrease, and electric leakage will occur. In this case, the electric heating tube is not broken, and it is enough to drain the wet by turning on the low voltage for a few hours.

2. The Tubular Heater is used in corrosive liquids for a period of time to cause trachoma and pinholes in the electric heating tube. The liquid enters the electric heating tube and the filling material loses insulation. The leakage phenomenon is caused by the electric heating tube. It's broken, it can't be used anymore.
