Safe use of electric heating tube

  Electric heating tube is a kind of equipment that is used more in work and life, such as electric stove, electric soldering iron, electric iron, electric heater, electric oven, etc. are all-electric heating equipment. The resistance wire of the electric heating tube is made of nickel and chromium alloy, and the temperature is as high as 800℃. Since the power of electric heating tubes is relatively large, if users do not pay attention to safety, fires may occur at any time.

　　The reasons for the fire in the electric heating tube are:

(1) Put the energized electric heating tube on or near combustible materials, and cause a fire under long-term high-temperature baking.

(2) The electric heating pipe is not equipped with a plug, and the wire end is directly inserted into the socket, which is easy to cause a short circuit and cause a fire.

(3) The user did not unplug the electric heating tube when leaving, and the time was too long, causing the electric heating tube to overheat, igniting nearby combustibles, and causing a fire.

(4) Continued use of the resistance wire after repeated repairs may cause the line to overload and cause a fire.

The safe use of electric heating tube:

(1) When in use, do not place flammable and explosive materials near the electric heating tube, and a certain safe distance must be maintained.

(2) The electric heating tube must be placed on a base of non-combustible material that does not conduct heat.

(3) The safe cut-off of the electric heating tube wire must meet the capacity requirements of the electric heating tube. In any case, the industrial electric heating tube must be equipped with a separate circuit.

(4) The wire must be installed with a plug, and the end of the wire must not be directly inserted into the socket.

(5) The aging and damaged wires of the electric heating tube should be replaced in time. The electric heating tube without a fuse in the circuit of the explosion-proof electric heating tube shall not be used.

(6) The electric heating tube must be supervised when it is in use, and the plug should be unplugged when leaving. During use, if there is a power failure, the plug should be unplugged in time and don't forget.

(7) For the resistance wire that has been repaired many times, it is best not to use it again and replace it with a new one.

(8) It is strictly forbidden to use electric heating tubes to dry flammable and explosive materials.

(9) The electric oven should have a temperature control device to prevent the temperature from being too high, but also to prevent the baking time from being too long.
