1. When using a silicone heating blanket, it must be noted that its continuous use and working temperature cannot exceed 300°C
2. The silicone heating blanket can work and under pressure, that is, the auxiliary pressure plate is used to make it close to the heated surface. At this time, the heat conduction is good, and the power density can reach 3W/cm2 when the temperature of the working area does not exceed 240℃.
3. In the case of pasted installation, the allowable working temperature is less than 150°C.
4. In the case of dry burning in the air, the power density should be less than 1 W/cm2 due to the temperature resistance of the material; in non-continuous working conditions, the power density can reach 1.4 W/cm2.
5. The working voltage is based on the principle of high power-high voltage and low power-low voltage. Special needs can be listed.
