We know that all products need maintenance in order to extend their service life and work efficiency, so the single head electric heating tube we use is no exception, the following is a few Suggestions on maintenance

1) store the single-head heating tube in a dry place, especially in a high humidity environment.

2) protect the lead wires of the heating tube to avoid wear, and do not expose to pollutants, such as grease and water outlet of injection molding machine.

The operating environment of the wire shall not be higher than 450 ℃.

3) the operation of the equipment shall be controlled by temperature and kept in good working condition. The operation of the equipment shall comply with the specifications;

4) because all heating pipes have a tendency to absorb moisture from moist air, they may accumulate during transportation or storage.

So if the insulation resistance value is low (less than 1 megohm), the heating tube can be placed in the oven to bake for several hours or used at low voltage to remove moisture at the beginning of operation.
