What is the range value of the power deviation of tubular heating elements?

Dec 09, 2020

In the production process of tubular heating elements, because the length and thickness of the resistance wires are slightly different, the power of the tubular heating elements will vary slightly. This deviation is allowed.

         The range of power deviation of tubular heating elements: Under the condition of sufficient heating, the deviation of the rated power of tubular heating elements should not exceed the following specified range:

1. For electric heating tubes whose rated power of tubular heating elements is less than or equal to 100W: ±10%;

2. For electric heating tubes with tubular heating elements with a rated power greater than 100W: +5%~-10% or 10W, whichever is greater.

        It should be noted that when measuring resistance, there is a 10% coefficient difference between the cold resistance and the hot resistance.

         According to the above standard, we can judge whether the power deviation of the tubular heating elements meets the standard.

         In the next article, the editor will tell you how to judge whether the range of the power deviation of the tubular heating elements meets the requirements
