Our enamelled tube heaters are customized to your specifications.

1.The effective heating part of the heater must be kept dry.

2.The electrical connector of the single-end heater shall be placed in the insulation layer and the heating outdoor, and the working voltage shall not exceed 10% of its rated voltage.

Enclosure shall be effectively grounded.

3.Electrical components working environment, temperature should not be greater than 95 degrees, no explosive or corrosive gas.

4.Electrical components should be stored in a dry place.

An improvement over an ordinary red heater

1.From the original ordinary 0.3 line high temperature line to 0.5 line thick white high temperature line, can withstand higher temperature, look more beautiful.

2.Therefore, from the original 40W power supply to 50W, the maximum temperature increased from 300-31℃ to about 340-350℃.
