Heater installation precautions

The two most common types of heaters are dry-fired heaters and liquid heaters.

Because of different types of electric heaters, the precautions for its use are different.

Now let's talk about the installation precautions of electric heaters.

(1) Dry burning heaters include air heaters and cartridge heaters:

2: When installing, the cartridge heater and the die hole are best at 0.1-0.2mm.

(2) Correct use of liquid electric heaters:

Install it at the middle bottom of the container as much as possible to avoid dry burning in the heating area of the heater, thereby burning out the liquid heater.

The above two heaters need to be equipped with temperature control when they are in use. On the one hand, the temperature of the electric heater can be controlled, and on the other hand, it can also prevent the occurrence of electric leakage and electric shock hazards.
