Heater work

Sep 25, 2020

Heater work,

Heater work, is the resistance wire inside the metal tube, in the seamless metal tube (carbon steel pipe, titanium pipe, stainless steel pipe, copper pipe) into the electric wire, the gap part is filled with good thermal conductivity and insulation of magnesium oxide powder after shrinkable tube, and then processed into various types of users need.

It can be used for heating all kinds of liquid and acid-base salt, and also suitable for heating and melting metals with low solubility point.

What is Heater work,?

According to the law of heating: the heat generated is proportional to the square of the current multiplied by the resistance.

Principle of electric current thermal effect: electrons get accelerated in electric field, gain kinetic energy, have velocity, and then collide with other particles (atom, molecule, atomic group), causing other particles to gain kinetic energy, leading to higher average kinetic energy and higher temperature.

Joule-lenz law of heat pipe: when the current passes through the resistance, the resistance will heat up and convert the electric energy into heat energy. This phenomenon is called the thermal effect of the current.

Through a large number of experiments, Joule and Lenz found that the heat generated by the resistance passing through the current is proportional to the square of the current, the resistance and the time of conduction.

That's joule-Lenz's law.Heater work Heat pipe is a metal tube inside the resistance wire, and electric furnace wire is the same.

The principle of heating is that a current passing through a resistance produces heat.

With long service life, high efficiency of electric heating conversion, far infrared radiation, health and environmental protection, and other excellent performance.
