Hot runner is a method of heating to ensure that the flow and gate of the plastic to stay molten state.
Due to the heating rod and heating ring near or in the center of the flow passage, the whole flow passage from the nozzle exit of the injection molding machine to the gate is in a high temperature state, so that the plastic in the flow passage remains molten. Generally, it is not necessary to open the flow passage to take out the condensate after stopping the machine.
