Hot runner coil heater profile:
The hot runner coil heater is made of ni-cr resistance wire and placed in a steel tube filled with MgO powder. After compaction, the heat transfer is faster and more effective.
The hot runner heater is annealed to obtain ductility that can be bent into any shape.
Injection molding coil heaters with thermocouples are also available.
