The structure of the low wattage water heater consists of a computer-designed spiral seamless coil made of Beijing Shougang's nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire with a high nickel content and welded to a nickel-plated steel terminal cold pin. The component is accurately stretched and placed in the element metal sheath, and then filled with magnesium oxide powder with a high temperature resistance of not less than 1600 degrees. Then, the filled tube is compacted into a solid by a reducing mill, thereby permanently stabilizing the coil in the center of the tube, while providing excellent heat transfer and dielectric strength between the coil and the sheath.
