If more power is required, we can consider flat flanged heating tubes. At this time, we need to confirm with the customer the size of the flange, the number of bolt holes, the diameter of the bolt hole, and the center distance of the bolt hole, so that the customer can choose the matching female flange and external pipe. Note: The outer diameter of the multiple U-shaped pipes on the flange should not be larger than the inner diameter of the welded pipe, otherwise it cannot be installed. The installation sequence of the flat flange heating pipe: the water tank is drilled and welded to the external pipe, the female flange is welded to the external pipe, and finally our heating pipe is connected to the female flange, and a gasket needs to be added between the two flanges.
