1) The heating oil is generally controlled at 1KW per meter. If the fluidity is strong and the oil is good without impurities, the maximum power per meter is 1.5KW. If the power is greater than this standard, the formation of grease will be accelerated, that is, carbon formation will occur. Once the grease condenses on the surface of the electric heating tube to a certain extent, it will prevent the heat emitted by the heating tube from being quickly dissipated, resulting in excessive surface load on the heating tube, so that the surface temperature of the heating tube will increase, and finally lead to the internal temperature of the heating tube If it is too high, the resistance wire will be burnt out, and in severe cases, the tube will expand, causing tube bursting, which will shorten the service life of the heating tube.

2) When heating the oil, the pressure factor must be considered. The oil heating tube used in the heat transfer oil of the reactor, if the pressure is too high, choose a seamless tube. If it is not used, the heating pipe will crack due to high pressure, which will shorten the service life of the oil immersion heater.
