2. Dry heating tubes such as U-shaped tubes and finned heating tubes

If this standard is exceeded, the surface load of the heating tube is too large, so the surface temperature of the heating tube will be Increase the temperature, which will cause the internal temperature of the heating tube to be too high and burn out the resistance wire. In severe cases, the tube will expand and cause tube bursting, thereby reducing the service life of the heating tube.
2) Choose the appropriate Air heater material according to the working temperature. For example, if the working temperature of the oven is 600 degrees, you cannot use stainless steel 304 with a temperature resistance of 300-400 degrees, and you must use stainless steel 310s that can withstand a temperature of 700 degrees. And it is necessary to carry out certain temperature control to prevent the electric heating tube from being burnt out due to the high working temperature. If the appropriate material is not selected, or the temperature is not well controlled, the life of the heating tube will be shortened.
