The wiring of the Brass Nozzle Heater is connected to the heating element with a copper tube and is welded with silver fiber welding so that the Brass Nozzle Heater is completely sealed.

Precautions for installation and use of the Brass Nozzle Heater:
1.The contact surface where the heating element is installed should be flat and free of unevenness.
2. This heating element should be placed dry, avoid immersion in water to affect its insulation performance.
3. When installing, check whether the installation position is consistent with the specifications of the heating element and whether the use voltage is consistent.
4. After installation, check whether the inner six-leg bolts, terminal block bolts, and terminal bolts are tightly locked to avoid thermal expansion and contraction affecting the use of the product.
5.This product should be used under the specified voltage. Considering that the voltage changes at night in some areas, it is recommended to use a voltage stabilizer to avoid affecting the efficiency of the product.
