Features:
1. The electric heating alloy materials used in electric radiant tube heaters should have high resistivity and high electric heat conversion rate. Since the electric radiant tube heaters are placed in the casing, the heat transfer process is different from the general exposed electric heating element. The heat shield is large, and the temperature of the element is controlled during the heating process. Therefore, when selecting materials, it is necessary to analyze the furnace temperature, temperature, and atmosphere in the furnace, and select the correct heating material.
2. It is made of seamless cold-drawn heat-resistant steel pipes made of excellent raw materials. It is suitable for working in high temperature, low oxygen partial pressure and an environment containing S and C.

(2) According to the basic data, combined with the working conditions of the electric heating element, determine the electric heating used
(3) According to the determined electric heating, refer to the known data and check the attached table to obtain the resistance temperature correction coefficient Ct.
(4) Calculate the total resistance of the material = U2 Ct/P
(5) Calculate the material resistance per meter Rm=R/L, estimate the material diameter D based on the properties of the electric heating alloy material, and then calculate the total area FO of the electric heating element.
(6) Calculate the surface load ω of the material from ω=P/FO. If the surface is too large, choose larger wire diameter. Due to the limitation of heating materials for electric radiant tube heaters made in China, the surface conformance should not exceed 2.0W/cm2, which can be appropriately increased under low-temperature conditions.
Product use and maintenance:
1. Use
(1) It is forbidden to exceed the specified temperature or overload use for a long time;
(2) When the temperature in the furnace reaches a certain level, it cannot be cooled rapidly;
(3) Do not touch the radiant tube during loading and discharging;
(4) When the furnace is working, always pay attention to whether the traffic lights on the control panel are normal, and the traffic lights should be exchanged once after a period of time during heat preservation to avoid burning the radiant tube due to the failure of the control switch;
(5) Pay attention to the working conditions of the instrument at any time, and analyze and deal with it in time when the furnace temperature and the indicator are found to be abnormal;
(6) For furnaces with a capacity of more than 100KW, each heating zone should be equipped with an ammeter for inspection, and each phase of the three-compartment high-temperature electric furnace should be equipped with an ammeter.
2. Maintenance
(1) After using for three to four months, take out the electric radiant tube heaters, pour out the dust in the electric radiant tube heaters, and then use the electric radiant tube heaters after rotating 180°;
(2) Pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the electric radiant tube heaters, and exchange the positive and negative poles every three to four months;
(3) After pulling out the electric radiant tube heaters, when disassembling the terminal, be careful not to hit or knock the lead rod;
(4) The bolts leading out the terminal clamp are prone to oxidation and loosening and should be checked and tightened regularly.
