The machine is driven by an advanced stepping motor, the main shaft rotates and the winding screw mandrel rotates, and it can process spiral coils with different pitches (closely wound).
The operation process of the hot runner heater winding machine:
The worker inserts a small axial wire into the clamping chuck and clamps it,
Straighten it with a cylinder,
Then the heating tape is wound on the axial wire until it reaches the preset length and stops automatically and is cut by the staff.
